« Check-in time at 4 is apparently optional. Was like sitting in an airport with the number of people waiting for rooms for hours. Took us two hours to get our room. Was awoken in the middle of the night by our neighbors who sounded like they were in the room with us yelling - this is not a motel! Will absolutely never stay here again - was overpriced and just all around bad experience. »

« Loved the location. In walking distance and the water taxi if running is just outside the hotel. Unfortunately, when I went the first it wasn’t running, found out it was due to weather 103 degrees. Extreme heat caused a lot of things to shut down. What didn’t work out so well was on arrival when we checked in our room must have had some work being done on it. In the bathroom the drain and grill to the shower was pulled out and laying on the floor next to toilet. There was dust from what probably...

« L'environnement est très joli, et heureusement, il y a beaucoup de restaurants autour de l'hôtel. Mais la chambre qu'on m'a donnée (après deux demandes de surclassement refusé) était très ordinaire (pas de fer à repasser, fourniture médiocre, ameublement vieillot. De plus, la chambre était surchauffée, et la climatisation fonctionnait mal (même après mon signalement de la malfonction). J'ai passé deux nuits sur trois en nage, malgré la fraîcheur extérieure, puisque je n'avais aucun moyen...

« 20 minutes marches du port. Beaucoup à visiter à distance de marche. Chambre spacieuse. Stationnement à proximité mais pas inclus dans l’hôtel. Aucun repas à l’hôtel. Chambre désuète. Eau chaude prends 10 minutes avant d’arriver. Aucun crochet pour accrocher les serviettes. Refond les chambres et changement de serviettes aux 7 jours. Devons descendre les serviettes à la réception pour les changer. Stores étaient impossible à ouvrir ou fermer. Les chaînes étaient saisies. »
