« Cozy guest apartment with enough space for our family of 6 dogs, with our youngest child using the loveseat as a bed, and our second youngest enjoying the (*not*) "dog bed." Plenty of space downstairs for our dogs to sleep in their crate. Used bottom area as living space with our dogs as well as playing ping pong and foosball table games, and top area as sleeping space for our family (plus simple clean shower/restroom use). Loved the quiet country area the guest house was located in. »

« Came for three days for a wedding and visiting Nashville. Easy to get to all our destinations from here. »

« The rooms were clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed all that Franklin has to offer. Highly recommend. Only regret is that we also booked two days in Nashville at another property. Easy day trips to Nashville would have been much preferable. »

« Perfect location to explore Columbia or really anywhere in Middle TN (pro tip: grab a coffee at Muletown Coffee in the Square). Quiet neighborhood with super clear instructions on how to access the back home. There is a shared driveway with the front home but plenty of space if both units are being used. »

« Property was a perfect retreat after a couple long days in Nashville. Living room had games, books, and a great TV to wind down with. The beds were comfy and sheets were clean. I appreciated the fans, laundry baskets, blankets, soaps, towels, etc that made it feel more like home. Kitchen/laundry was clean. All around, a great property that I'd definitely stay at again! »

« Mandy, the owner of the property was so kind. We arrived when they were having a very important celebration with friends to celebrate a successful cancer treatment! They invited us to enjoy a glass of wine and helped us navigate how to park during the party. It was a pleasure meeting Mandy and all of the friends. They were a lovely group of people.
