'If you have kids this is the perfect place to stay. It is close to Walmart to buy groceries and whatever you may need. The trampoline park is. The kids will love the pool and splash pad. They also have an indoor pool. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a fun vacation. We plan on staying again soon. The rooms are very clean and the kitchen area is clean also. The staff is very friendly and helpful with anything that you may need.'

'We had fun on our stay! The room was clean, but did smell almost a little musty? The front desk clerks were awesome, but the staff in Granny Cluckets were a little off putting. They were not nice and friendly, just kinda of there if that makes sense. The coffee at Refuel was good!
The biggest thing for us was there’s NOTHING in the 2nd building, so if you want to refill your drink you have to walk all the way to the first building. Not sure why at least one wouldn’t be in the 2nd building. The...

'The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was great, and we enjoyed the mini golf and arcade. We especially loved the singing at the pool and seeing the bears climbing the trees —what a fun experience! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider staying here again.'

'This is a really nice and clean hotel that we love staying at! The mountain views, especially from the 5th floor, are amazing! Good breakfast, about the same as other hotels but still nice. Very friendly staff that is very helpful with any issues! Highly recommend!'

'Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation. They offered to put my in a different hotel which is obviously less...
