'The rooms are beautiful, clean, has all the conveniences of home. We loved it!! The views are absolutely incredible. And seeing the Mama bear and her 3 little cubs in their natural habitat was indescribable. The staff were Amazing and there's plenty to do just on site. Highly recommend this place!!'

'I really liked how clean were the rooms and the whole property,, the lady in the kitchen was very helpful and always taking care of the breakfast to keep it replenished,. A couple of things to work on is that the property is aging, but small changes like receptacles covers and things like that can help.. Also it will be good to have more options or variety in the breakfast buffet. Other than that, very good experience, nice location as well.'

'We have stayed at The Walden several times. This time was no different. Staff members were friendly. We were greeted at time of arrival. (A warm welcome goes a long way in today’s world!) Our room was refreshed daily & stocked with fresh towels.
The manager engaged in conversation with me when I checked out. He was well dressed, professional & friendly. He thanked my family & I for staying with them again.
Highly recommend & will plan to stay there again when vacationing in Pigeon Forge!'

'Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation. They offered to put my in a different hotel which is obviously less...
