'Upon check in we were not provided any information on the hotel amenities. We did not know there was a restuarant, bar or spa. The next morning, room service delivered to the room next to us at 7:00 am and annouced they were at the door loudly waking us up. They then let the door slam shut when entering the room and leaving. 'The property was a great location it allowed us to walk to most of our activities. The room was clean and the staff and services were great! My one complaint was I used Trivago/ Expedia for booking and the rate was quoted as all Taxes and Fees included!! Upon arrival I learned I had to pay $80 dollars in parking fees. I was not happy about that! The young Lady at check in said she would try and help with that and did not. There was plenty of vacant parking available and I feel ripped off. I...

'Wallace and Nancy are the most gracious hosts. The property is beautiful, you can feel your stress melt away, and while this property is very close to the best restaurants and shopping, when hanging out at the cottage it is easy to forget you are in the city, it feels like you have escaped to the countryside. We had the best breakfast in the mornings....mixed fresh fruit with creme and granola, followed by eggs benedict and for dessert gooey homemade brownie...was just one of the awesome treats...
