Beautiful property

I really wish I could give this one a higher rating :( I had a great stay. the property is in a really great location - close to everything! The reason we booked this stay is because it had 2 areas where we can work which made it very convenient. What made it very uncomfortable was that there were an overwhelming amount of fruit/house flies from the beginning. I shared this with the host and they were very communicative & understanding about it. There seems to be a fly issue in the home because there were Zevo traps in the kitchen and living room. I hope it gets fixed because i'd still love to stay again!!

Yankees Spring Training weekend

In Tampa for the weekend to catch Yankees baseball; location was perfect: access to the home from the airport was ideal, as was the short drive to Steinbrenner stadium. Home was exactly as described and pictured online. Was the ideal setup for multiple adults sharing space, comfortable bedrooms and multiple bathrooms for added privacy

Absolutely perfect!

Just returned from our stay in Tampa and everything was perfect! Check in was flawless, communication with host was just right, and the the location was fabulous! 4 adults meeting to catch a few spring training games and the location was superb. Minutes from the airport and stadium, as well as awesome food in Tampa and St. Petersburg. Townhouse was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed (we didn't do any cooking but certainly could have as everything was provided). Close to a shopping plaza for necessities. Although we didn't spend much time in the townhouse, when we did, it was so comfortable we felt like we were home! We highly recommend this home for your stay in Tampa. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful time!!

Beautiful townhouse

First time visiting Tampa and this home made it an enjoyable trip. Super close to the airport, yet we didn’t notice hardly any air traffic noise. Private back patio is nice to hang out on. We didn’t utilize the grill, but it looked nice. The home had everything you need for a stay, down to laundry pods and dishwasher tabs and comfy beds. Publix grocery store and other convenient stores are near by and clean. We visited Clearwater Beach and St. Pete’s Beach, all reasonable in drive time. Thank you for having us! I would stay again.

Great little spot near Tampa airport

Great spot to stay close to the airport, convenient to grocery stores and restaurants/coffee shops, place was very clean and tidy, cute little decor and deck area! Access to property and communication with property manager went smoothly. Hope to be back again!

Very spacious. Good location. Near everything. Very nicely stocked. Kathie was great with communications. Master king bed has a spongy topper. It kinda locks you into one place / position. We opted for the other queen bed because it was firmer. Water pressure in master shower is very low. We opted for the main hall shower. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Concert getaway

We flew into town for a concert at Raymond James stadium. It was so nice to be close enough to get there quickly and to be able to make it back to the house afterwards without a long drive and major traffic headaches.

Perfect lication

We were 2 couples looking for a neighborhood environment but was still close to downtown Tampa. This worked well for us. The grill was nice to have as we cooked most of our meals. Inside the house was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and plenty big. All in all - a great experience.

Nice Townhouse in convenient location

The townhouse was spacious, clean and even a bit nicer than it appeared in the photos. The furniture was all very comfortable and all the amenities you need are furnished. I liked the kitchen setup and all of the appliances provided. Everything you need to cook a full meal was there. I also liked the nice yard with the patio and charming stands of lights. The master Bed was very very soft. Some people might not like it. I was very comfortable. There’s laundry on the second floor with the bedrooms and plenty of room for you to spread out. I really appreciate the attention to details with so many little touches to make it homey and pleasant. The hosts made the extra effort to create a place that feels like home. The hosts were also very quick to respond and eager to help. My only negative is that I didn’t love the neighborhood. It was not a bad area but also not an upscale area and there’s a fenced-in vacant lot across the street from the townhouse. It appears to be owned by the utility company but it’s also pretty dark over there at night. Overall, I’d definitely choose the interior again for a future stay, but not certain about the neighborhood though. Others might be fine with it and it certainly was very convenient.

Another great stay!

This is our second Thanksgiving staying here and it worked out perfectly once again! The location is awesome, walking distance to Starbucks without crossing any major roads. Also very close to Publix, Walgreens, and most importantly, our friends who live a few minutes away. The townhouse feels like home, is spacious and comfortable. We didn’t spend too much time there but enjoyed it when we did. Would definitely recommend; incredible value.

Tampa stay

This townhome was very neat and tidy, the location for us was perfect. The Incarnation Catholic Church was just a block away, Publix was only a short drive. The beds slept very nice and having 2.5 baths was extremely nice. We really enjoyed the enclosed back patio for grilling. We will definitely be staying here again.

This house was everything we could have hoped for. The location for grocery stores and restaurants were icing on the cake. This house was very clean had everything we could have needed for our 3 night stay. Any questions we had were answered very quickly by Kathie. Will definitely look to book here again.

Quiet and Comfortable

My sis and I were searching for a location between downtown and the beach. We would absolutely stay here again. The unit is beautifully decorated and has every comfort (the king bed is super soft - so if that’s not your thing just fyi - but it was good to me). We had a great time and hope to come back!

Nicely appointed, well managed, great value

This was the perfect property for us as we needed to be close to a relative's home, but we also needed two bedrooms and baths (which makes the hotel option very pricey) because were traveling with our college-age son. The house is nicely renovated/upgraded and decorated. The backyard area looked very cute, but regrettably it was too cold for us to use it. Still, I could completely envision using the grill and having a glass of wine out there. Very nice. The host maintained just the right level of communication before, during, and after our stay. We had one small request which the host graciously accommodated, so thank you for that. If we ever need to come back to Tampa to visit our relative, we'd book here again without hesitation. The only thing I would share with potential guests is that the bed in the primary bedroom is what I assume to be a gel or foam mattress, and it's not super-firm. If you are a back-sleeper, it's probably perfect; nicely supportive by adapting to your body. My wife and I are both side-sleepers, though, and this mattress was less than ideal. (In fact, my wife slept on the floor the second night.) Not a deal-breaker for us, but if you know that you *really* need a firmer bed, you should take this into consideration. Overall, though, a nice house in a good spot with a great host at a really fair price. Recommend!

Fantastic townhome

My family of 4 stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend to visit our friends who live nearby. The location of the townhome was perfect for going to see them. Publix, CVS, and Walgreens are right around the corner...so convenient! The townhouse was clean and laid out well. Even though it's close to Hillsborough, the street itself is very quiet. Highly recommend this property! We will definitely try to stay here again next time we're in the area!

Clean, comfortable and convenient townhouse.

We needed a property that would give everyone their own privacy, but offer a comfortable area to be together both inside and outside. This two bedroom townhouse was a solution and in a convenient location. It sits on a quiet side street with a handful of other townhomes close to an elementary school in a small residential area. It was clean and plenty spacious. We had great communication with the host, enjoyed super comfortable beds and had everything we needed. It is a little dated, but well loved and cared for with great furnishings and everything you need. Parking is on the street and the neighbors were friendly. We appreciated the hospitality!
