The Space:

Sunlight filters softly into the living space as you settle in, shoes off, the pace immediately slower. Mornings here are easy - coffee brewing in the kitchen, a quiet start before heading out to explore, or a relaxed day spent together indoors. Evenings invite you back to a comfortable space where everyone can spread out, reconnect, and unwind after a full Florida day.



The space

This entire rental unit is located on the first floor, offering easy access and a layout that works well for groups and families. The home is designed to feel spacious yet cozy, with a large living area where everyone can gather, watch TV, or simply relax. Just off the living room, a small patio provides outdoor seating for two, a pleasant spot for fresh air at any time of day.



Sleeping arrangements

The unit features four spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. Every bedroom includes its own full bathroom, giving each guest added privacy and convenience during shared stays. The layout comfortably accommodates up to eight guests without feeling crowded.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen provides space for preparing simple meals or longer-stay favorites. There is a breakfast nook within the kitchen for casual dining, along with a separate dining area where everyone can sit together. Whether you’re cooking, ordering in, or enjoying leftovers from a local restaurant, the setup supports easy, shared meals.



Work, comfort, and convenience

For longer stays or remote work, the home includes Wifi and a dedicated workspace. Air conditioning and heating help maintain comfort year-round, and a washer and dryer are available inside the unit for added ease. Bathroom essentials and bed linens are provided, helping you settle in quickly.



Outdoor and community amenities

Guests have access to shared community amenities, including a pool, gym, clubhouse, lounge, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and a grill. These shared spaces offer options for staying active or simply taking a break without leaving the property.



Location

The unit is conveniently located near popular Tampa-area attractions. It’s a short drive to USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and nearby parks, making it easy to balance outings with downtime at home.



Good to know

Free parking is available on the premises, and self check-in with a smart lock makes arrivals simple. The property is pet-friendly, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are allowed.



This space is well suited for families, groups, or guests looking for a comfortable base with room to spread out while enjoying shared amenities and an accessible location.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to community amenities.

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard. You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor"



The Neighborhood:

Suburban residential streets blend with a bit of urban charm in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk! Though Tampa Palms’ wooded streets give it a suburban look, the numerous apartment complexes, restaurants, shops, hospitals, and various businesses add some urban flair to the area.



Just south of town, discover University Mall with all of the mall classics—from a delicious food court and large movie theater to major department stores and popular retailers. A few miles further south, you’ll find Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island.



Getting Around:

We are located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting. Our ideal location is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. The excitement of big city activities in Tampa is well within reach. Our residents come home to community amenities like our lagoon-style pool, chalet-style clubhouse, huge fitness center with cardio and weight rooms, full-court basketball, Mac and PC computer lab, free printing, and so much more!



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (maximum $150 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not oversee their operation, cleaning schedule, availability, or maintenance. Access to these amenities is subject to the community’s own cleaning, upkeep, and operational hours, and they may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other factors outside of our responsibility.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
