« Amazing property!!! In town within walking distance, it a short drive, to all the beautiful shops downtown but with a very private vibe of being nestled in the woods.....hosts were incredible, very communicative and helpful. Space was large and clean and firepit was a bonus.....highly recommend and we plan on returning!!! »

« They advertise as “ Free Sea Doo Rental “! We booked 2 nights and they said we have to charge you 75 dollars an hour to cover the cost of the gas. I can drive my jet ski for 6 hours on a tank of gas which is 100 dollars. So they are deceptive and not honest in there business dealings The beds were as comfortable as sleeping on a box spring, the fireplace wasn’t working and they left us a micro furnace that popped the breaker after an hour of use. Never again. Not worth the money »

« Nice spot close to Little Beach. Had a nice relaxing campfire in the oversized pit. Ravine location with a park for the doggies 500m up the road. Nice digs. Super comfy beds in 3 bedrooms. Well-stocked kitchen with seating for 6. Keypad entry for safety and two driveways and a carport for parking. Many thanks to the host, Matt. »

« The lady I engaged with was great to deal with and responded quickly to inquiries. Upon closer examination, the place was not as clean as we had expected; however the host said she would address the issue. There are a lot of extras that were nice; for example a foosball table, a sunroom, a washer/dryer. It is in a good location on the Grand River and is quiet. It is also pet friendly which was what we needed. Overall I would recommend the place. »

« We had such a great stay! We came to London for the boys’ Provincial Baseball Championship, and this adorable home was the perfect place for me and a few teenage boys. The house was incredibly neat, tidy, and welcoming. We especially loved all of the historic memorabilia throughout the home—it gave the place so much character and was really interesting to look at. « We enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cottage last year so much that we rebooked again this year. Once again, a solid, clean, and comfortable place to stay within a beautiful serene setting and with all the amenities provided to relax and de-stress. A personal thing for me too is that I rarely ever sleep well outside of my own bed at home, and I never miss my own bed when staying here! The hosts are extremely nice, thoughtful and professional as well, so no worries having the best stay possible here. »
