'Lack of adequate accessible parking. No access to elevator at back of hotel. Disabled and frail guests have to walk the entire length of the hotel at night to get to an elevator. I was concerned for my safety in the parking lot at night. Management has not returned my phone calls which suggests lack of concern for service complaints.'

'Everything was wonderful, the coffee was a bit strong other than that Everything was fantastic!'

'The vintage feel of the property would be the highlight staying here. The location is good - walking easy to the main downtown and to the Avon theatre. The room was basic but comfortable and included robes and a coffee station. And the restaurant is an added bonus as it serves delicious options in an authentic atmosphere.'

'Super goed hotel'

'The room was clean, linen and towels. Breakfast was good and staff courteous'

'Little dated but clean'

'Een beetje verouderd motel, een niet erg vriendelijke receptionist. Dan kijk je toch iets anders naar je slaapgelegenheid. Het ontbijt was zeer matig, nee geen positieve indruk is bij mij achtergebleven. Misschien is 3 sterren een teveel.'

'Super hotel! Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een netjes en zeer schoon hotel'

'No staff came to ask if we needed anything, limited towels for three nights.'

'Prima voor een bezoek aan St Jacobs Market. '

'Mooi uitzicht'

'New hotel under construction from expansion it was a bit disorderly. Spacious rooms, perfect bedding, nice shower. View from the window on the hallway of the longstay facility. Breakfast could use an upgrade with less plastic and better wholewheat bread. '
