'I can’t express how much we loved our stay here. The house was so spacious and lovely. It was sparkling clean and very comfortable. We booked it for our wedding weekend to have a private place and also used it for the bridal party to get ready and had plenty of space! Really comfortable beds. 'I rented the property for my out of town family to stay and used it host other family, friends, and a party for my daughter's HS graduation (10 graduates, and approx 10 adults/guests). The house was beautiful, clean, and in a nice area. There was plenty of parking on the street. We stayed the Thursday - Wed of Memorial Day weekend. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, daily. 'The property was close to the school for graduation and down the historic street of San Marcos. It was spacious for the family and the kitchen and serving areas were fantastic. All the kitchen supplies you need are there. The front porch was also a nice gathering spot. The host was responsive and reasonable to work with. Chairs on the porch would have been super nice. '

'David was the best Vrbo host I’ve ever had. He was easy to communicate with, had everything and anything you could ever need. I was there for a combined bachelorette party and he gave the best recommendations for food and a party bus. He even delivered a special surprise for us.
