'Be aware before booking. During our stay, several cars including ours were towed from the parking lot. At check-in, you’re given a small paper to place on your dashboard as a parking permit. Before leaving our car, I specifically noticed the permit on the dashboard. However, after our car was towed, we were told it wasn’t visible, and the permit was nowhere to be found.
