'Stayed in the presidential 2 bedroom, lake view, condo with my family. We had a great time and the location was perfect for us. It is easy walking distance to Rainey Street and the path down by the water to Congress bridge. We enjoyed the pool and the hospitality. Would stay here again. '

'I found this property quite disappointing. First, it is in a very old student apartment complex and some of the interior has not been refurbished in decades. Second, it was not clean -- visible mildew in the bathroom and also moldy odors; kitchen also had an odor. Third, the cookware was not usable, the skillet in particular (owner replaced it on the third day). There is no private outdoor space. The HVAC system is quite loud and old.
