From the living room, up a staircase, you reach a sitting area with satellite TV and a sofa which converts into a single bed, next to it is a modern designer bathroom with a large shower. From the living room you reach the double bedroom with lake view balcony. Also from the living room, climbing an external staircase, you reach the pearl of the house: a large panoramic terrace equipped with table, chairs, barbecue, sun loungers.
