'Small room but clean. Patio doors did not open but drapes really kept the sun light out of the room. The TV’s in the room was a smart tv so able to watch Netflix. 'Not a great property or staff. Surprised Holiday Inn would have their name associated with this old and unclean hotel. We only last about 20 minutes before my daughter had allergic reaction to something in the air. Left and struggled to get a manager on the phone to get our money back. Stayed at another hotel in the area for our visit without issue'

'The property has no one on site, so if you need anything there is no one. Its like a house share, but upscale- you are sharing a house with strangers. There was no hot water for tea. Our outlets in our room didn't work- we tried the switches on the wall. Otherwise it is beautiful place comfy beds, clean and interesting.'

'hotel staff went above and beyond with great service. from a free bottle of wine delivered to our room to the restaurant giving us an apple to staff bringing toothpaste to our room. when i left a hairbrush in the room, they had it in the lobby in less than 15 mins. from checkout so that I didn't end up going home without it. they were wonderful! we plan to be back.'

'Stayed at the Aida in Kansas City and honestly didn’t expect it to be this good. The space is HUGE. my room felt more like a full suite than a standard hotel room. 'staff told me that I had a room credit that could be used for food and beverages. upon check out, i had not been comped the credit that i was told i had by front desk staff. i later called the property and talked to the manager and told her that her staff said I had a credit for my room but had not been credited. although the mistake was on her end, she was only willing to reverse 1 $30 charge, though I had charged $90 total. completely unacceptable. thankfully i called my credit card and got...
