« We had a very nice clean room. The staff at night were less helpful (not rude, but not going out of the way to help you), but the morning/afternoon staff were amazing. Very nice location, we spent the morning walking the plaza, could get everywhere on the plaza just by walking. It was a great stay, I recommend. »

« L’hôtel est à une distance de marche du Arrowhead et Kaufman center donc pratique pour les games mais loin de tout autrement. Les chambres sont propres mais les lits étaient désuets donc inconfortables. Le personnel était courtois mais personne n’est venu faire la chambre durant nos 3 nuits de séjour malgré l’enseigne à notre porte requérant un ménage. Le déjeuner était très varié. »

« The check in process was fast and efficient. I love the modernization of the hotel; it’s quite beautiful. The gym is pretty amazing with state of the art equipment. The entire hotel was very clean and smelled lovely. I love that we had a smart tv in our room and were able to watch our Netflix account. Great dining options nearby and within walking distance.
