• Living room: 60-inch Smart TV with Hulu, and a sectional that pulls out into a queen bed

• Entertainment area with a pool table, free for guests
• Kitchen: fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils and dishes, plus a coffee station with sugar and cream
• Main bedroom: queen bed and its own private bathroom
• Two more bedrooms with queen beds
• Fourth bedroom with a full-size pull-out sofa that sleeps two
• Smart TV and a closet with hangers in every bedroom
• Full bathroom and laundry room off the entertainment area, with a washer and dryer
• Dedicated workspace

GUEST ACCESS
You`ll have the entire home. The door off the kitchen leads to the back patio, with outdoor dining and seating around the fire. The backyard is private and fully fenced. The house has its own private driveway with room for multiple cars.

LOCATION
• About a 10-minute drive to the beach. The beach is not within walking distance.
• Easy access to public transportation, or get around by car
• Seminole Boat Ramp is 3 minutes away

GOOD TO KNOW
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
• Pet friendly: one pet maximum, $150 pet fee.
• When the listing says beach access, it means the beach is about a 10-minute drive away. You can`t walk to the beach from the house.
