The rooms were extremely dusty, to the point I had to wipe every piece of furniture. The bathrooms need updating and tub had rust marks. Keys didn’t work because power was out. Found a roach in the bathroom. Towels had stains on them. Again not expecting luxury hotel. It it should at least be clean and smell...

'Since the hotel is in the middle of some renovation work things were a little dusty but very clean..we needed to change our room because of a mildew smell which my niece was very sensitive to but this was done with care and consideration..overall the stay was very pleasant I would stay there again.. 'Todo en general muy bueno, lo recomiendo. Sin embargo, la propiedad debe mejorar un detalle y es que las habitaciones tienen un fuerte olor a humedad, me tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto por eso. No sé si es falta de mantenimiento a los aires o deben poner algo de olor. Pero de todas manera lo recomiendo y estoy satisfecha.'

The hotel is in great location near restaurants, farmer’s market, shops, etc. This is our second time staying at this property and was again a wonderful experience.'
