Positief: Netheid, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Dec. 3, 2025- The front entrance and door was blocked by a production crew and we had to push the branches of an artificial tree out of our way and duck under just to get inside. Once we got to the desk the clerk asked me to pay an amount double plus the $100 deposit. The deposit I was prepared to pay but I had to tell him the room was pre-paid. He stated it wasn’t and as I was locating the receipt- he found it in the system. Aside from our initial experience and not being able to connect to the tv- the room was inviting and accommodating but overshadowed by the welcome. As we left for the evening to attend our event - we noticed the sign facing the elevator that they were filming and we may or may not be filmed. It was not in an area that was viewable entering the hotel. The night clerk was pleasant as well as the housekeepers. The attendant who worked around 2 pm was disappointing and arrogant.
