This spacious 3 bedroom villa is ideally located in a quiet location just 2 minutes walk (150 m) from the two beaches of St Jean Bay (St Jean and Pelican), making it a perfect location. There is Eden Rock, the junction point of the two beaches. You are close to Nikki Beach and various shops and restaurants + pharmacy. Everything in this neighborhood can be done on foot!

The space
Each room is air conditioned with dressing room and overlooks the garden / patio.
Bedroom 2 is communicating with bedroom 1 but also has a private entrance from outside.
The house has 2 private bathrooms with shower and toilet.
The main room consists of a large fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful bar, TV with US satellite and Canal Satellite, and dining area, all air-conditioned and open to living room with sofa and a second TV.
It also has an air-conditioned office and a closed gym in an indoor patio.

Kitchen equipment:
Fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster.

Outside:
Large teak table with gas grill and plancha.
Outdoor shower to rinse off the beach.

SERVICES INCLUDED
Cleaning twice a week (except Sundays and public holidays), WIFI internet throughout the house, welcome at the airport or ferry, a welcome basket including a bottle of wine, linens, beach towels.
