The common area had coffee and games, which our kids really enjoyed. We had a 7-night minimum, but was perfect for our first stop and deep exploration of the city. '

'Up until the day we were supposed to check in, Laura was communicating with us intermittently. When we arrived in Amsterdam, we texted her over Vrbo just like we had been doing to let her know we arrived, so we could meet her and get the key. NO RESPONSE. After an hour of waiting outside, getting no resposne from Laura, we called Vrbo. They were a great help, and got us a hotel for our trip.
