'This flat has everything you need. We really loved our first time to Amsterdam. Like people said earlier the steps are a good workout! The flat is decorated very cute and the beds are very comfortable. So is the sofa!! It is easily accessible to the trams into the city and walking distance to cafés and grocery stores. It feels a little far from the city, but that also makes it really quiet and there is a lot of parking!! Valcim was really attentive to our needs too. Thank you so much!'

'Good. except for wind blowing through the window at the top of the stairs rattling the door all night. Couldn’t close the window. And drainage issue which brought swerage up through the shower drain when draining the kitchen sink with a foul smell.'

'La localisation est top. ..nous avons fait tous le centre a pied.supermarché tres proche...Un peu de pluie helas. L'appartement est spacieux, la literie confortable, chauffage et eau chaude..cuisine bien équipée ..par contre les installations sont vieillissantes et mal entretenues.....l'ensemble aurait besoin d'être rafraichit..et quelques finitions seraient les bienvenues....mais son emplacement le rend tres interessant...qualité prix'
