'John and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Erwin and Karin. Our space was comfortable, everything you could possibly need if you were to actually cook. Bed, adjustable and comfortable. Stairs up to the apartment are 3 levels and are very steep and difficult if you have knee issues or breathing/heart issues. You have to keep in mind that you have to carry your luggage. We are in our 60's and we managed. All in all I would give Erwin and Karin 10/10! Amsterdam is awesome!'

'I highly recommend this location for a short visit in Amsterdam. The apartment was very clean and is walkable to local restaurants and bars, Amsterdam Centraal (about 35 min walk) the Van Gogh and Rijksmuseums, and more. Martijn was very friendly and available if we.needed him during our stay.'

'Our host, Sebastian, was a true gentleman from beginning to end. We spent 8 days in this apartment after taking a transatlantic cruise. Sebastian was kind to greet us when we arrived early and stowed our suitcases. From there, he had maps and area information readily available, answered questions promptly, furnished fresh towels half-way through our stay, and even offered to mail our package back to the States for us. 'Mario was the best host; so easy to communicate with and genuinely kind. We appreciate his responsiveness and the laundry service. The apartment is large, comfortable for 6 people (we had 5). There is not a lift and the stairs can be challenging if you are above floor 2. The apartment is well stocked and furnished. Location is great; right in the heart of De Wallen. We would stay here again for sure. '

'This not a real studio as it does not have a bathroom neither a WC, these are outside and shared....and very old style. The location is great.'

'This flat has everything you need. We really loved our first time to Amsterdam. Like people said earlier the steps are a good workout! The flat is decorated very cute and the beds are very comfortable. So is the sofa!! It is easily accessible to the trams into the city and walking distance to cafés and grocery stores. It feels a little far from the city, but that also makes it really quiet and there is a lot of parking!! Valcim was really attentive to our needs too. Thank you so much!'

'De kamer was zeer ruim en over het algemeen vrij proper. Er waren ook verschillende zaken voorzien in de keuken (bv. pannen, borden, bestek, spons en afwasmiddel). De personeelsleden aan de balie waren steeds vriendelijk. Op wandelafstand bevindt er zich een tramhalte waar regelmatig trams naar Amsterdam passeren. Fijne locatie om te vertoeven na een werkdag.'
