'Stayed there two nights and had no issues. It was a good neighborhood and host was great. Great price for what it was. One of the beds in in the spare room was not that comfortable is my only complaint. There was a huge TV in the commons room that was not in the pictures on the listing which was a bonus. Shows 1 TV but there was 3. Bathroom looked remodeled from the pictures. Host was very accommodating. Would recommend.'

'Such a cozy stay! Definitely recommend!'

'Clean, comfortable, quiet, excellent place to stay'

'Quick trip but appreciated having air conditioning working well in the heat. Small comforts like that really stood out.'

'Very cute little place to stay. Parking was a mess but once we got it figured out it went smoothly. Was so hot in there would have been nice to be able to adjust the thermostat without messaging the owner but we made it work.'

'Cute, cozy place in walking distance to UChicago. Would stay here again.'
