'The apartment was nice and well equipped. The location was convenient. Two things keep this from being a 5-star review. First, there is only one key fob provided to enter the build, elevator, and apartment. This makes it difficult for a group who wants to divide up to come and go. If your party wants to do different things, you will have to plan around the single fob. Second, the smoke detector in the adjacent unit chirped every 60 seconds the duration of our stay. 'Felt pretty safe with the security requirement to scan in and out. Beautiful view from the windows that are better than advertised. We didnt hear much from neighbors so slept really well. The only issue was the inconsistency of the security gaurds, some had us scan different cards to enter and exit and didnt seem to all be on the same page. The parking garage is not connected to the building which wasnt the biggest inconvenience except when it was hailing and we had to walk to half a block or...

'This rental was perfect for us. Very nice, modern living space with all we needed. The neighborhood was fantastic, and the hosts live on site (but completely different living area) and Jenn and Dan were an absolute pleasure to interact with. Dan was extremely helpful and friendly upon check in and Jenn was super pleasant to talk to about the concert we were at this rental to attend. Highly Recommended. Thank you!'

'While the place overall was nice with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms there are some items that weren't up to standards. One bedroom had an odor that was very overpowering and smelt like cat urine. Another bedroom had window shades that were broken so the light in the morning was difficult.'

'The host responded quickly to my requests. Apartment was clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking, utensils, spices, etc. He registered my car so I coiud park on the street without any problem. Close to the Blue Line stop to take the "L" into downtown Chicago.'
