"Very friendly staff, especially at the breakfast counter. Nice aesthetics of the interiors and of course, great location. I booked a kingsize superior for my son and I and was a bit surprised by how small the room was, also shower instead of a bathtub as indicated on the pictures. Maybe just something that's good to be aware of. All in all I do recommend it for a stay in NYC."

"Ik heb geen ontbijt gezien. Personeel bij de receptie kan wel wat vriendelijker. Personeel wat schoonmaakt was echt top en behulpzaam. Personeel beneden bij de ingang was vriendelijk."
