'We were in Berkeley for just a couple of days and stayed in this home for one night. It was my first time booking a home, and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and perfectly decorated. Everything you need for a comfortable and welcoming stay is provided. There’s a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and all the essential kitchen items. 'This is a beautiful, brand-new space. It was very clean, and it has all of your basic kitchen needs covered. Nice bedding, and plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable, the climate controls were easy to use, and the bathroom had a wonderful shower with great pressure and plenty of hot water. Parking is on the street. One thing to be aware of, if you are not a morning person, is that a nearby business has large trucks that arrive at 7am loudly. We had to be up early, so it was ok for our...

'Unit itself was great for pets, and host was very gracious about having a furry guest! Dog bowls, towels, and treats were also provided. Place was clean and super comfortable. Only minor downside is that the neighborhood is not very walkable beyond Ash street, stuck in between two main thoroughfares with not much shoulder/sidewalk/trail space. But just a short 5-10 min drive into downtown Mill Valley! (Also great Wi-Fi speeds!)'
