'We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was incredibly nice—clean, spacious, and very comfortable to relax in after a long day. The location was absolutely perfect, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore the area and town centre. On top of that, having hassle-free onsite parking made our trip so much smoother. 'We arrived at Hawk house and were greeted by a laminated sign that explained how to check in. We called the number, but there was no response. We called the bell (several times) and eventually a young lady came to check us in. She showed us to our room and was helpful. The room was a twin room (we had booked a double). 'Kleine, aber vollkommen ausreichende Unterkunft für ein paar Tage. Das Frühstück musste am Vortag bestellt werden und wurde dann morgens pünktlich frisch zubereitet, super Auswahl mit English Breakfast, Porridge, etc.'

'Beautiful old building dated 1642 but tastefully restored inside. Lovely rooms, delicious food. Richard is a great host. Will definitely return when we come back to the area.'
