'Staff were really helpful and the hotel is ideal for visiting Bristol. Parking is easy at the Multi Storey next door, with access directly from the hotel. They also offer discount parking. Would definitely use this hotel again if visiting Bristol '

'Goede staff, goede service'

'The location is great! The lounge bar is quite trendy and colorfull. The overall vibe is for a more younger public. The room is not very big but has a water cooker with coffee/tea amenities and is quite cozy. It also has Netflix streaming which is great if you are staying for one week. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a hip and trendy hotel to stay at nearby Cabot Circus.'

'Door was closed just after midnight. No way to enter. Phone of night porter was switched off. We had to search another hotel'

'Take care about what type of room you book! They don't make this clear on their website, but... We booked two rooms for quite some money and when we arrived it turned out that we had to share a bathroom with the whole floor! by the way, this bathroom had a carpet?! Very nasty if many people use the shower in one morning... Rooms are small and windows can not open. which makes the place smell like grandmothers attic...'

'Zeer mooi hotel, ruime en mooie luxekamer en zeer toffe badkamer. Spa is zeer aangenaam, leuk zwembad en bubbelbad. Lekker ontbijt, personeel is behulpzaam en er is ook een gezellige bar. Het hotel is op 5 minuten wandelen van het centrum. Pas op er is niet voldoende parking voor iedereen en dit is extra betalen. '
