one of the bedrooms sleeps 4 so kids can enjoy. This room is on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor is the kitchen, dining, and living w/ open concept. The master is on the 3rd floor. The sunroom is off the kitchen for quite area. the other bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Morning coffee of the back looking at the sound is breathe taking, and the front is the oceanview. I prefer the sound view. Security system

Unique beach house with several levels and wraparound decks allowing for remarkable views of the sound/marshes, and views of ocean (steps away, across the street). Good kitchen, bedrooms, special outdoor area at ground level with jacuzzi, eating areas, good shower, large grassy dog play area. Good gates allow pets safety while roaming where they want (or are allowed to). We had great weather but plenty of games, puzzles if it hadnโ€™t been. 5 minutes walk to excellent farmerโ€™s market. Owner Dave very reliable to text regarding issues or questions. Check in was smooth except we couldnโ€™t open lock box- but immediately resolved.

Beautiful sunsets!

Our three generations of family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach was easy to get to and wonderfully not overcrowded. We enjoyed using the kayaks from the private dock (which included a crab cage with crabs!). The main living area was clean and bright (lots of windows with great views). I was very happy to find two refrigerators in the kitchen (so much better than one on the first floor). The owner was easily communicated with and attentive. We all enjoyed our beach week.

Wonderful Trip

We had an amazing trip. David was very accommodating and communicative. Location was perfect for us as we were able to launch our kayaks and paddleboards from the dock. Walk to the beach was super quick. Amazing sunsets. We had such a great time we extended our trip by a day.

Wonderful vacation

Our whole family enjoyed staying here - 3 generations. We loved the bedroom arrangements, living spaces and huge bar/counter in the kitchen. Kitchen was very well outfitted. Having the kyaks was a plus! One of them ended up having a hole in it and the owner replaced the following day! The greatest joy was the amazing views - from every side of the house with wrap around decks and comfortable deck chairs. Would love to come again!

Beautiful views!

The highlight for us was the expansive marsh view from the back deck! But really anywhere from the great room/kitchen you could see either the marsh view or the ocean. The beach was across the street, just a couple minutes walk. We really appreciated that our pets were welcome, and the decks all had gates to keep them from wandering off.

Spectacular house location

Beautiful house and amazing location. Loved the views from the porch of the sound (esp sunset) and was able to do some long paddling trips off the dock. The beach was easy to get to across the street and was never crowded. Loved our stay here!

Phenomenal stay!

Great house with lots of amenities! Centrally located. Felt secluded even with the public beach access lot in front of the house (which was used minimally by others). Beach access was close and easily accessible. Loved the blackout shades on windows! Enjoyed the kayaks, grilling/outdoor dining space, yard space for pets and children, and games. Would definitely stay here again!! Great communication from owner!

Quiet Family Get Away

The house was just as listed. The views were beautiful and watching the sun rise and set over the bay was picture-worthy. Plenty of bedrooms and parking. It is quiet and dog-friendly with a gated yard area. Just a walk across the street to the beach and a short drive to Surf City for restaurants and shops.

Family friendly, beautiful and easy access to beaches.

Great spot on North Topsail Island. Family friendly. Beautiful views of the ocean and coastal areas. Fish right from the rear dock. Walk two minutes to the beach. 7 min drive to Surf City. We throughly enjoyed our stay and if we return to Topsail will book again.

Wonderful property!

We had an amazing stay! Owner was extremely kind and helpful! We had adults and little ones and there were plenty of baby gates which is a huge plus for us! The walk to the beach was short and the property was clean and perfect for multiple families. Also the views were to gorgeous! It was our first time to topsail and we can't wait to go back.

Excellent vacation home

This home has excellent views of both the sound and ocean. The beach access is directly across the street from the home. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. There is plenty of space for a small or large group of vacationers.

Arrrgh House is a great place for family/friends to enjoy the Topsail beaches for a vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Arrrgh House! The weather was great- the beaches were beautiful- the house suited our large family perfectly. There are many things to choose from to keep busy or just hang out and enjoy the views. Our host was very attentive if we needed anything as well. We hope to be back in the future!

Great house for families.

The owner was fantastic to work with and the property was perfect! Location is great with beach right across the street and the marsh on the backside. Amazing decks to see sunsets and the house was set back from street so very private. Has sea kayaks and everything you need in the kitchen to cook with. Stay was great and we will definitely return.

Great family-friendly house

We had a great stay - the kids loved the Jacuzzi, everyone loved the kayaks, and the beach was super convenient. The house was everything we needed, very well appointed and comfortable, lots of space to spread out. Top deck is baby safe, nice and quiet with a good sunset view. Lots of parking, safely away from the road, and central to the island.
