Thank you for visiting my page and I hope I will have the opportunity to prove to you that I wasn’t crazy when I decided the leave New York in 1992 and live in Seville, the most magical city in the world.

OK, now to the "piso":

Great top floor apartment in the center of Seville. Just a wonderful place to stay in one of the world’s most magical cities.

The apartment is right in the center of the city (very important because Sevilla is a “walking” city).

It is well air-conditioned and heated (a must in Seville!) as are the rooms, each with big queen-sized beds. One room has its own bathroom and shower while the other has the bathroom right in front with a beautiful traditional Sevillian bathtub.

There is a balcony that goes the entire length of the apartment so the views of the Saint Peter’s church where the famous painter Velazquez was baptized are amazing and most of my guests do spend time sitting out there while sipping a glass of Sevilla’s famous summer wine “tinto de verano” (don’t worry, I’ll have some waiting for you).

I look very much forward to hosting my guests and making them feel right at home…so don’t worry, you will not need to prepare anything for your visit…leave that to me!

EXPLANATION OF FLEXIBLE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: I allow my outgoing guests to let me know their preference for their check-out time and try to work around their schedule so that they can enjoy their last day in Seville. The cleaning of the apartment is done from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on weekdays, however, I can always accommodate an earlier check-in by meeting you at the apartment so you can leave your bags. freshen up. grab the keys and go have fun in the city and by the time you get back in the evening everything will be PERFECTO! For weekend check-ins, there is much more flexibility since cleaning can be done at any time and we will work out what is best for all with a few messages back and forth. This always works out very well since everyone in the Airbnb Community loves to collaborate with other guests as well.
