'Pros: refrigerator, 2nd floor (bars on windows, blinds, and locks on windows/doors), parking, A/C in the bedroom, additional blankets, towels provided, sugar, tea/coffee and basic cooking utensils. Lots of facecloths in the bathroom. Soap dispensers. Geckos (they were cute). Walkable to downtown/restaurants. Kind hosts. 'We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was incrediblely kind and hospitable and very familair with the region snd guiding us to the best activites. He preped the unit in afvanace even though our arrival was really late at night. The room was so classical and beautiful. The region and neighborhood was very safe. Overall all aspect of our stay there was very smooth and well taken care off. We slept to the sound of the mountainous wind every night and enjoyed the climate up in Montoverde. I highly...

'Staff was kind and friendly but the beds are a little uncomfortable with hard to climb ladders. The sheets kept coming off and the entire bed moved when the top or bottom person shifted on rolled over. The toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush so you had to reach into the top water to lift the flap. We had the room on the outside so in the morning you had to climb out the bedroom window to access the kitchen and common area. '
