'Great hostel in the heart of La Fortuna, situated 40 metres from Selina Hostel and 2 minutes from the bus terminal, main plaza and supermarkets. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and the entire ambience of the place is calming and cozy. WiFi was great too. Note though that the 9 bed dorm consists of triple bunks.'

'Prima hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Via het hotel een hike tocht geboekt de persoon die mij hielp was zeer hulpvaardig. De locatie is perfect vlak bij het centrum en op 5 minuten loopafstand van het busstation. Een aanrader..'

'The best place for staying at Tamarindo! it´s very close to the town centre; you can rent a surfboard at the Hostel and go walking to the beach which takes 5 minutes. The place is very nice, swimmingpool, Chillout Zone,...and the most important thing is the good energy that you can feel there thanks to the Staff.'

'Before you walk through the gates, you’ll be wondering if this is one of the bad hostel’s on your trip… but as soon as you check in and meet pepe, you’ll quickly feel like home. There’s a lot of space, the rooms are clean, the kitchen doesn’t really need anything and, best of all, you’ll become friends woth Pepe and his wonderful dog It’s too far away from the beach to walk but you can easily get a collectivo and isn’t very much.'

'Rooms are not as published on site, need to be renovated. Staff is very friendly and pool/bar/restaurantt are wonderful. One of the few affordable places right on the beach!'

'Hostel Selina is a cute spot way up in the mountains with a great common area, hot tubs, a library/reading space, kitchen and yoga studio. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly return our next trip here!'
