'Perfect location if you’re bouncing around La Fortuna, the hotel is truly special. Massive breakfast spread, tons of different thermal pools right on property, and huge clean rooms. Can’t recommend this spot enough. Will absolutely stay again next time I’m in La Fortuna'

'It was heaven. We had a brand new room with large bed and jacuzzi! The people were all great. And we tasted our own selfmade chocolate in a most amazing cacao tour. A beautiful experience.'

'This hotel was very well maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast included several options along with fresh fruit, which was a nice touch. If you don’t have a car, there are plenty of nearby places to eat, book excursions, and even get affordable massages. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. Thank you to the sweet and welcoming staff for such a great stay!'

'We loved our stay here so much! The property is gorgeous and the bungalows feel very private and unique. The staff is incredible helpful and took us to our bungalow to walk us through the amenities. It is worth noting the location is very remote. If you do not have a car, the hotel was very helpful arranging taxis. The final road to get to the property is a very bumpy road so we didn’t want to leave more than we had too. We wish we had an extra day we could’ve spent to just enjoy the property...

'The thermal pools were not maintained well at all, and I felt like they were pretty dirty with dead leaves on them and it seemed like they were not very clean. The property also seemed extremely outdated for the amount they charged us. I honestly don’t think it was worth it specially given the room in the washrooms it was giving hotel from the 1970s.'

'De mensen die hier werken zijn geweldig! Zeer vriendelijk en ze hielpen op meerdere manieren met het vinden van de juiste excursies en ook werdt er een verrekijker bijgehaald om de howler monkeys te spotten die bij de receptie in de bomen hingen.'
