'Great experience. Located about 10 minutes from town. Clean, staff were wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. Hot springs were beautiful. Views of volcano were great, also good for bird watching. We were treated to some extra perks, bottle of wine, fruit plate and a birthday dessert. Several restaurants in the resort we enjoyed them both.'

'It was heaven. We had a brand new room with large bed and jacuzzi! The people were all great. And we tasted our own selfmade chocolate in a most amazing cacao tour. A beautiful experience.'

'This hotel was very well maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast included several options along with fresh fruit, which was a nice touch. If you don’t have a car, there are plenty of nearby places to eat, book excursions, and even get affordable massages. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. 'We stayed in a junior suite, and the private jacuzzi was a definite plus. Had a minor maintenance issue early in our stay which was very quickly addressed. The staff were fantastic - after a day or two we were familiar with most of the restaurant staff, who were all excellent. Great food, with a stand out breakfast buffet. Front desk staff were also super helpful. We had a wonderful stay.'
