'The rooms were very nice. We liked the view from the second floor. The Gardena were beautiful and my family loved the pool and the jacuzzi's. Good breakfast with a cook who prepated the eggs on demand. A view on the Arenal from our room (we saw the top just for a few seconds). '

'Baldi is an amazing and one of a kind hotel! The new rooms in the back of the hot springs are huge and beautiful. There’s no other place in the world like their multi-level volcanic hot springs. They are a must see while in Arenal. The spa is incredible as well! '

'Super vriendelijk personeel, helpen je met alles. Kamers netjes en schoon, niet onwijs groot, maar wat een uitzicht! Wij zaten helemaal bovenaan de berg met kamers 700, het is wel een eindje van de ingang van het park maar zeker de moeite waard. Er rijden overigens busjes door het park om je heen er weer te rijden (gratis). Ontbijt is goed, diner is ook lekker maar wel een beetje prijzig. '

'Dit hotel was een fantastische ervaring. Het uitzicht op de vulkaan vanaf het balkon was adembenemend. De hele omgeving was briljant. De kamer zelf was ruim, mooi ingericht en super schoon. Het restaurant van het hotel was zeer goed. Heerlijke gerechten en zeet vriendelijke bediening. Wat ons betreft is dit een topper!'

'Room was basic but clean with a comfy bed and great shower. The couple that run the place looked after us very well. Breakfast was delicious. There are steps out the back into ‘town’ so you don’t have to walk round the block which it what Google suggests. The only slight negative is that the rooms have big windows (good) but other guests walk right past and can easily see in unless you shut the curtains.'

'If i could give confort Arenal 1000 out of ten i would. Staff was the friendliest and their treatment of guests is very personal. The breakfast was delicious. There were so many plants and facilities are well kept. You felt in an nature oasis. Already planning our next visit with the whole family. The rooms are so spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was gorgeous with a perfect view of the volcanoe. Felt like home! Thank you Geysel and all staff for the amazing service and stay. '
