« We booked this escape as a 1/2 way point between family in NJ and MA and what a hidden gem it is! Dog friendly was a priority, but the magic of this place was a welcomed surprise. All weekend we commented on wishing we stayed longer and that we must come back to really enjoy the property and cozy feel that warms the soul! The cabin is meticulously maintained and it is very clear that the family loves their home away from home! Can’t wait to return!! »

« This house is adorable and was perfect for our stay over a camp visiting day weekend. Our teenage son loved the loft area. The house is very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. While there was not any air conditioning, even in the middle of summer the Berkshires cool down at night so we were very comfortable during our stay. A bonus was the property connects to Bessie Woods and we were able to go for a hike on the trails without even having to leave the property. The view from the deck is amazing and the living room is huge with an old stone fireplace which we didn’t use because it was 90 degrees each day. The Mexican restaurant in town (Norte Azul) has an extensive menu and a good variety of beer on tap. Highly recommend visiting Mt Greylock in MA, about 30 mins away. It has an even better restaurant on top (you need reservations) and is right on the Appalachian Trail so you will meet all sorts on...

« Our stay was wonderful at this home. The house was comfortable and very well appointed, especially for people who like to stay in and make meals instead of going out. The kayaks available for use were a great touch, and we enjoyed going out on the lake. « Our host was a great communicator and very generous with the amenities (i.e., coffee pods, kayaks, life jackets, activities for kids... I could go on.) Check in was a breeze and flexible. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. There was an info board with helpful info for our stay. Our family loved the lake access and spent hours swimming and jumping off the floating dock. Neighbors we met at the beach were also super friendly. We def will come again. »
