Check-in starts at 3 PM and ends at 9 PM. Currently, we cannot change these times, but we are working to make them more flexible in the future. If you are unable to arrive within this period, please contact us so we can suggest another property. Thank you for your understanding.
The Apartment:
Our apartment is located right on the beachfront, in the best and safest neighborhood in Santos. It accommodates up to 3 people: 2 in the king-size bed and 1 on the sofa (not a sofa bed). The suite is equipped with a king-size bed, and the living room has a sofa for one person. The kitchenette includes a 2-burner stove, microwave, oven, mini-fridge, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery – ideal for small meals. You can also enjoy the balcony with its wonderful sea view.
Required Items:
Bedding: For the king-size bed, please choose a sheet without elastic (the bed is quite high). For the sofa, bring a queen or king-size sheet (also without elastic). Towels: We do not provide towels, so please bring your own bath towels, face towels, beach towels, and a sarong to enjoy the sun.
Building Amenities:
The building offers 24-hour concierge service, security, easy check-in with the reception staff, a swimming pool, and a gym, all to ensure your comfort and peace of mind during your stay.

Pet Friendly Policy:
We know your pet is part of the family! We accept 1 small pet per booking, provided it is used to relieving itself in a suitable place.
There is an additional fee for pet-friendly accommodations, so please add it to the number of guests when booking.
The guest will be responsible for any damage caused by the animal, including any costs for cleaning upholstery and carpets (R$300.00), if necessary. This measure aims to keep the space comfortable and clean for everyone.
