-Extra fee for heating pool $350 plus daily fee of $50 to keep it heated( please note that from Nov-May it takes several hours to heat the pool so we do need notice) this is a estimate, could be more or less based off of ambient temperature of pool at time of reservation

-NO PETS ALLOWED

-25 minutes to Sonoma or Santa Rosa

-NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE

-We do have cameras on property for safety and liability- one is at the front door. They do not record 24/7

-Gardener and Pool/Hot tub maintenance come to service on Tuesday and Wednesday Morning's though we usually reschedule if you stay during the week
