Lots of places to sit and relax while watching the squirrels, Turkeys and Birds. The Bocce Court is also a lot of fun. The BBQ is first class and works very well. Can't go wrong with this one.'

The home was very clean and our host Carl could not have been more accommodating, special little touches, prompt in communications and informative with a formal personal greeting! We chose this location that was perfect for our wine tasting locations that we had chose, as well as a visit to the Redwoods and Goat Beach. Would highly recommend!!'

From cosy corners to a family game room. Even a big enough table for all our family members. We appreciated the privacy of the pool and enjoyed the sounds of nature. Emmy was a perfect hostess and extremely helpful. Our family had a wonderful time making memories. There would be no hesitation to rent it again.'

'This is a great house. The pool, theater room, spaciousness and isolation stand out. It's not a good place if a person has problems with stairs. There could have been a bigger selection of pots, pans and pyrex ovenwear.The refrigerator should have been checked before we got there, as there was a water leak. I give it a 9 out of 10 rating. '
