  • Welcome to Pippa's Place, a beautifully appointed cottage in the heart of Sebastopol, CA. Built in 1936, it exudes old world charm yet has all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay. Steps from the Barlow and dozens of renown restaurants, breweries, wine rooms, and shopping boutiques, endless indulging awaits. Sebastopol is the perfect destination for a weekend retreat in immediate proximity to world class wine tasting, Bodega Bay, the Russian River, and many more adventures.

    Pippa's Place is the perfect getaway for a family or group of friends.

    The master room upstairs has a California king bed, ample closet space and a newly renovated ensuite bathroom.

    The second room upstairs has a king bed and a makeup nook with a sink, perfect to get ready before a day of wine tasting. The second bathroom is in the hall, right outside the room.

    The third room is downstairs and features a full bunk bed. This room is great for kids or can even sleep two couples.

    Also downstairs, you will find a fully stocked and renovated kitchen adjoined to the dining room, a living room with a comfortable couch & 75" HDTV, and the third bathroom.

    The main driveway has a Tesla charger with EV attachments to charge your EV. The garage can be used to store items and access the courtyard. The outdoor courtyard features lounge seating, a fire pit, and a BBQ.

    Pippa's Place has one of the best locations in town. Less than a block walk to Hopmonk to enjoy the beer garden and live music / shows. The Joe Rodota Trail offers a scenic path for a morning walk or bike excursion to Russian River AVA wineries. Another block further takes you to the town square and the Barlow, where you can enjoy worldclass restaurants, wineries, breweries, boutique shopping, weekly farmers market, yoga & wellness, a movie theater and much more.

    Please note that our short term rental permit does come with some rules from the city, including:
    - Quiet hours from 10PM to 7AM
    - 6 occupants max
    - 3 cars max. Please do not park in front of neighbors’ homes

    We love our quaint & charming town and are sure that you will too! Please be respectful of the community and our neighbors!

We had a wonderful girls weekend at Pippa’s Place. Very clean and very comfortable beds. Everything had a special touch - Nespresso pods, super soft quality sheets, beautiful decor and location was great to downtown.

We booked Pippa's Place for a family 4th of July escape. We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were super comfortable, the decor was adorable, and the house was well stocked. It's an excellent location walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend.

Great location, fabulous, clean, new rental house. This property is easily walkable to restaurants and shops of Sebastopol- A fun town to explore that matched the creative and relaxed atmosphere of Napa we were looking for. It was an excellent hub for exploring the greater Napa Valley, too. I highly recommend Pippa’s Place!

Such a beautiful home! This newly renovated home is amazing. It’s very clean, and has such a comfortable feeling the minute you walk in. Love the layout and all the beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is new and very well organized, they even have a wine mini fridge for all the wine you will want to drink while there. Great location and easy to access restaurants and bars. We will make this our second home every time we come back to visit family there!

The property was very nice and had many upgraded amenities you don’t normally find in a rental. A very welcoming space with plenty of room for our group ( 2 couples) to use in the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. Bedrooms were huge with ample hanging and drawer space for clothing. And the location was walkable to restaurants and grocers in town. We had a wonderful stay!

House was clean. Didn’t seem like the A/C was full functioning in the master bedroom. Backyard/Outdoor area was not clean. Beds were comfortable and Matt was extremely responsive. Need to put better instructions on the locking unlock process. Overall very pleased and great location near food, drinks and shops

We loved our stay at Pippa's Place! The location was perfect. Very short walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. There were a lot of modern amenities. It had a well stocked kitchen with many condiments and spices. The number of bedrooms, beds, and full bathrooms made it very easy for our group of friends to be comfortable. The parking situation was easy with room for 2 cars in the driveway and another car on the street. The owners were friendly and responsive to communications. I definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.
