Kastelen in San Juan

'The property was clean and the staff was friendly. Our room was facing the street which was very noisy. When booking make sure you are not facing the street. The on site dining was excellent. I would stay again. Good location and having access to the Condado facilities and beach were a huge plus.'

'Excelente'

'Rooms are not very big, but they are clean. Being at the airport means you can hear planes the whole day. We stayed two nights a week apart and had issues with the water on both occasions. The water in the shower was too hot, also the shower handle came loose. Our arrival was after 11 pm once and we left at 3 am the second time, both were no trouble at all. The hotel is right at the airport and very convenient for late arrivals and early departures. I would recommend this hotel gor this reason...

'All grat'

'Ontbijt was vreselijk en peroneel gaf geen uitleg bij aankomst.'

'Casa Ciana ligt in een onprettige buurt. Wij kwamen ‘s avonds aan en wilden graag iets eten. We voelden ons niet veilig om naar een restaurantje te lopen(vervallen buurt, prostituee’s langs de weg en louche barretjes). Het inchecken gaat met codes die je in moet tikken. Heel onpersoonlijk. Je ziet niemand. Onze kamer was piepklein. Ik kon mijn koffer niet openen. De kamer was wel netjes en schoon met een goed bed. De prijs kwaliteit klopt niet. Veel te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt.'

'This was a surprisingly nice experience for a lower budget hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff are as helpful and friendly as one could expect. No reason not to stay here. Only problem I had was the TV system. Didn’t work/very confusing/couldn’t figure it out/ did start malfunctioning turning on and off by itself.'

'Picture was deceiving'

'Amazing stay, friendly staff and good food. Only thing I didn’t like that we had to pay to access the nightclub even though we were staying on property. I think since we are already paying to stay there, night club access should be included, especially since the club wasn’t great to begin with.'

'The hotel nice and clean. The pool nice. The neighborhood nice with 24 hour supermarket across the street. The only thing I did not like was breakfast was not included in my package and not sure why. So when booking make sure breakfast is included in your package however overall I give it a 10. Thank you.'

'Ruime kamer. Ontbijt bij restaurant in de buurt. Loopafstand dat wel ! '
