Unacceptable Conditions – Would Not RecommendOur recent stay at this property was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the unit was poorly maintained and unsanitary.We found roaches throughout the unit, both large and small. The comforter had visible blood stains. The utensils, dishes, and glasses were dirty, and many items were missing or broken — including a non-functioning kitchen light replaced with a plugged-in lamp, a damaged utensil drawer, and no paper towels or oven mitts. I burned my hand trying to remove food from the oven due to missing essentials. The internet did not work at all, making the TV apps unusable. The gym code didn’t work, and we were unable to access that amenity. The unit also smelled like smoke, despite being listed as non-smoking. There were missing blinds in the bedroom, offering little to no privacy.We reached out to the host, and while they apologized and offered a partial refund BUT DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH and a voucher for a future stay, the offer was vague, restrictive, PLUS WOULD STILL COST US MONEY OUT OF POCKET and they conditioned us to not leave a review — which violates the spirit of transparent feedback. We were left with no option but to stay our final night due to lack of alternatives, despite the state of the unit.I strongly urge future guests to STAY AWAY!
