'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'Great stay! All staff members were extremely friendly. Shout out to Abraham and Andy at El Patio, amazing dining experience and shoutout to Isaac at the preferred beach area. Went as a solo female traveler and I felt very safe. Food was good and numerous options, beach absolutely stunning! And the room with ocean front balcony was the way to go. Will stay again. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. 'We had a deluxe suite with pool/oceanview. At the pool a dj plays very loud music until 10 at night, which is very annoying if you’re looking to take a nap or relax in the room during the day. Sadly this room was also more expensive because of the view. We ordered a caesar’s salad which was delivered with chicken, and a another salad missing a key ingredient. The room itself was very nice, comfortable bed, although no door for the toilet and the water in the shower didn’t get that hot.'
