'We had made the reservation only hours before arriving at the hotel. While checking in we found that we had made the reservation for one week in the future and not for the night of arrival. The hotel was full, but the desk clerk worked with us and was able to provide an "emergency room" for us. We paid a 50% premium over the online price. Upon getting into the room, we could tell it was a "held in reserve" room as the shelves and cabinets had not been dusted, and the hair conditioner dispenser...

'Our two night stay was perfect. The employees were helpful and super friendly. The breakfast was well stocked and had lots of variety - one of the best. Our room was very clean and the person who cleaned our room was attentive. Check-in was fast and, as always, the chocolate chip cookies were delicious. A+ stay! I’m a returning guest and have been happy both stays. Perfect place for T-Mobile concerts. '

'The hotel was very nice and the room was spotless. Decor throughout was upscale and all staff members I encountered were friendly. The restaurants were all good to great with the exception of the Burger Joint, where I encountered slow service and an unkempt dining area. The casino was tight, but offered a good variety of games, although the games in the non-smoking area were dated. I had an issue at check in but Kesia took care of it to my satisfaction. I have already recommended this property...
