« L’hôtel est à une distance de marche du Arrowhead et Kaufman center donc pratique pour les games mais loin de tout autrement. Les chambres sont propres mais les lits étaient désuets donc inconfortables. Le personnel était courtois mais personne n’est venu faire la chambre durant nos 3 nuits de séjour malgré l’enseigne à notre porte requérant un ménage. Le déjeuner était très varié. »

« I had a terrible experience staying at the Red Lion in Kansas City. The hotel was dirty from the moment I walked in. The hallways had a strong unpleasant smell, and the room was not clean at all. It looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned before my arrival, which made the stay very uncomfortable.
The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing and nothing like I expected. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, but this property failed in that regard. I would not recommend staying here...

« They failed to have my reservation for two queen beds and accessibly. They eventually supplied a king bed with a sofa bed and accessible. My son is handicap and had to sleep on the sofa bed. King room was the same price as the queen room. There is no access to the interstate when you leave. We had to back track five (5) miles to get access. Will never stay here again. This hotel is also attached to a casino which caused more problems. »

« The hotel was adequate for a short stay, but it definitely needs a deep clean. In the lobby, some of the furniture needs to be replaced due to heavy wear and tear on the seat cushions. Our first-floor room felt quite damp, and while the hotel has been remodeled, the quality was lacking—the textured drywall was very uneven, and there were noticeable stains on the bathroom vanity.
The breakfast experience also fell short. The employee overseeing the breakfast bar spent most of her time chatting...

« The grass was high, nothing was trimmed or mowed. It looked like an empty motel. The bathroom shower was dirty and had a drain that wouldn’t close. It was clearly broken. There is dust and grime on almost everything. The breakfast was pretty good. Hard to mess up a buffet of waffles and cereal and bagels. So, at least it still has one thing going for it.

« I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best »
