'The staying was great,peoprety was super clean and safe in a gated community. The only issue had nothing to do with the proprety,is the fact that DR iis growing and always under construction!!!! Other then that,even security agents were cool.'

'Dit hotel is echt geen aanrader omdat we teleurgesteld waren in heel wat zaken: heel onvriendelijk personeel, meerdere liften waren defect tijdens ons verblijf en werden niet hersteld, we kregen niet genoeg handdoeken voor 3 volwassenen en we moesten hier meermaals om vragen op verschillende dagen, de ijsmachine die in de buurt van onze kamer stond maakte een verschrikkelijk geluid wat heel lastig was gedurende de nacht, we hadden een lek in het toilet zodat er water op ons druppelde, we moesten...

'Overall, the stay was okay, but I expected much more from a 5-star resort. The rooms were clean, but not very well maintained. For example, several wooden doors were swollen and damaged, likely due to water exposure. The staff was hit or miss. Some employees were friendly and helpful, while others were less attentive. Also, only a few staff members spoke English, which made communication difficult at times. The bars were disappointing, especially the cocktails, which were below expectations....
