There are several swimming beaches nearby and the fabulous Bora sauna landscape is right by the lakeside of Radolfzell. The bordering Mettnau peninsula is partially a nature reserve with lovely hiking trails and a beautifully situated beach café on the lakeshore. Lovely trip destinations are easy to get to: Mainau Island, the town of Constance, the Hegau mountains, Affenberg in Salem, the stilt buildings in Unteruhldingen, the Stein waterfall on the Rhine…
