'I liked that 4 large malls were about a 19 minute walking radius. Lots of restaurants to choose from if you are into authentic Asian foods. Security guards are there 24/7 and we flet veey safe.'

'This is more of a condo style BNB, which is fine but I don’t think we were expecting to be that one of the only obvious tourists here. Parking is hard to find, especially as a guest and there are no dining options nearby (walking was limited as we had kids and elderly with us). I recommend catching Grab service/taxi at the entrance of the road instead of them coming into the rotunda due to lines at the guard house and the rotunda can be blocked for several minutes. 'the night guards on duty were very helpful. I appreciated having a refrigerator and hairdryer. the room was spacious enough and quiet. the owners are very hard to get a hold of. I wanted to extend but couldn't get a hold of them. they asked for 500php cleaning fee however the guards on duty told me that all is paid for so was a bit confused. I also left a cell phone in the room and was not able to call the number given. Also the tv was not working or I didn't know how to work it? '

When you check in, Be sure you check everything first, do inventory of what they have and take pictures of everything like carpet stain, broken glasses etc. Report to the manager right away. They might charge you a ridiculous amount of money if they found something that they think you damage it after you check-out. Pay only in credit card just in case.'

'Never went to the property because Pioneer Woodland never communicated with me for check-in instructions. They were suppose to email me 10 days before my check-in date, but never did. Tried calling the property but no one ever answered. Decided not to go because there was no formal check-in counter. So, the property failed me by not providing proper details. Wish I could get a refund from Expedia.'

'I like that the market is a walking distance from the property and stores are nearby. I didn’t like that only 2 elevators are available for the floor I’m staying. It takes long wait for the elevator to come each time I use it and being in the 18th floor, if I was in the lower floors,using stairs could be faster. 1 elevator was not in order for 3-4 days. There are 42 floors with only 2-3 elevators???available. Total elevators only 4 for 42 floor building, seems like poor planning '
