'The first time we stay at the hotel, everything was exceptional, but the second time it was the complete opposite. We had issues with the bathroom in our room, we didn’t have any hot water and subsequently didn’t have any water pressure or water at all. Also, we found hair in our shower. We mention all of this to the employees, but they seem as though they didn’t wanna to help us. One employee even came up to your room, verified everything we found, said she’ll be right back, and to our surprise...

'Centrally located in old San Juan lots to walk to in minutes. Faced the inner courtyard so a little noise from rooftop and downstairs lounge was to be expected. Quiet hours 11pm-8am were always upheld though. Clean room and great staff made our stay enjoyable. Thanks to Pedro, Daniel and Josue!'

'By far one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had & in a great location of Old San Juan. The staff were amazing, genuine and very helpful. Rachel, Andrea, Alejandro, and so many more on the staff team made the experience seamlessly luxurious. With a late flight, we’re even able to go to their sister property while we wait. 10/10'

'Value and amenities doesn’t match the price Beautiful hotel with historical charm. Ideal for a daily visit/ tour or a very short stay. Some staff could be a bit warmer and more welcoming. Mattress could be updated for comfort. Patio could be maintained more. Also, would recommend candles for insects. The modern updates clash with historical charm. Lighting abnormalities in room. Water marks in bathroom ceiling. Bathroom shower not user friendly - prone to flooding bathroom. Overall a 3/5...

'Location is 10 minutes from Old San Juan. Bed was comfortable and clean. Shower head was not functioning properly. Whenever I would leave the hotel to come back, you need to ring the door bell. One night they left me outside for 10 min. If having this kind of security is necessary they need to to provide guest w a pin to be able to walk in or out of the property without having to wait for someone to unlock the door id safety is a concern'

'My friends and I stayed at the Sheraton in San Juan this weekend, and we had an amazing time! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location with easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and local attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made our trip even more enjoyable. We truly had a ball and created unforgettable memories. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Juan!'

'Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We were given our room almost an hour after the official check-in time, which was extremely inconvenient. During our stay, there were recurring issues with the water service; at times there was no water at all, and hot water was unavailable as well.The parking area was also in poor condition and did not appear to be properly maintained. Overall, the service and facilities did not meet our expectations, and the lack of basic amenities...

'The room was clean and small (we knew that going into it). The staff was responsive and communicative. The WiFi was okay- worked most of the time. The AC was amazing. We were on the third floor which was quite a hike but we knew that going into it. They provided beach towels and luggage storage after our stay which was super helpful!'
