'It was a perfect location for us, walkable to more than I expected. Amazing little balcony w terrific view of the estuary. A couple of light bulbs were out (shower, by main door) - I didn’t have time to call and request a replacement so can’t speak to property support. It is on the Hilton Caribe property so if you are attending a conference there it’s perfect'

'This stay is an amazing experience. We would definitely book again. Super accommodating and responsive host. Rosa is very friendly! Only steps away from the beach and restaurants/bars. There’s a supermarket on the corner to get groceries from as well. There’s a café in the lower level of the hotel that we got to enjoy, as well as super friendly and attentive staff in the building. 'We didn't spend too much time in the room. Proximity to the beach was great. Bathroom, kinda rough. Very low water pressure and no hot water in the shower. The host came over to try and fix it but couldn't. A known faulty breaker hadn't been fixed so no hot water to the shower. I washed my hair in the kitchen sink.'
