At a generous 1,825 square feet of interior space, your 3 bedroom/3 bath home-away-from-home offers the popular split-level floor plan where each bedroom is on its own separate level. Upon entering Hale O’ Na Wailele you’ll find the first bedroom comes with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a bath with a private shower directly across from the room.

Upstairs features gorgeous Brazilian cherry wood flooring in the dining and living areas, a well-stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a custom bar with stunning mountain and waterfall views, and a generous master suite with a king bed, an ensuite bath, providing a beautiful glass block walk-in shower and dual sinks, and its own private lanai.

Downstairs enjoy a second, spacious master suite with a king-sized bed, huge ensuite bath with jetted tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. The downstairs master has its own private lanai with two lounge chairs. Also in the downstairs area is a large wash room with a full sized washer & dryer and washing sink.

Sip your favorite beverage from the custom tropical hard-wood bar as you gaze out at the waterfalls in the distance, or peacefully read your favorite book on one of the three lanais this magnificent condo offers, as the gentle trade winds keep you comfortable.

Please be advised, the first bedroom mentioned above, which is the smallest of the three bedrooms, does not have ac but does come equipped with a ceiling fan and a floor fan. The remaining two larger bedrooms, as well as the living room (located a few feet from the first bedroom), each have their own separate split system ac units to help keep everything in the townhome comfortable. In addition, smart tvs are used for streaming video services (Netflix, Amazon, Hula) using guest's login for access.

Amazing property!

This home is just perfect! It is in a quiet gated community, and is true to pictures. the views are amazing, we just loved hanging out and taking it all in. This is absolutely a five start property! Only gave 4 stars on cleanliness due to some bugs in the kitchen from time to time, but they didn't bother us and it is Hawaii after all! The rest of the home was pristine and it had all we needed for a perfect stay. Highly recommend and would go back in a heartbeat!

Great family stay!

This place was unbelievable for our family of four adults and our two young toddlers. We loved the neighborhood and the location was very close to Princeville and Hanalei, which we went to everyday. We loved all the snorkel gear and the boogie boards that were available. They also made sure there was a pack and play for us to borrow for our youngest. We explored several nearby beaches and hikes and loved how close we were to a few excellent sunset lookouts. Overall, an amazing stay and Jason was very responsive!

Adventure and relaxation in Kauai

My family of 4 had a fantastic week in Kauai staying in the House of Waterfalls. The condo has 3 bedrooms that are about as far apart from each other as possible, so everyone has their space and privacy. The front room is the smallest and where my son stayed. My daughter took the large bedroom on the top floor and my wife and I stayed in the bedroom downstairs. The condo is very well stocked. Umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and even some snorkeling gear. My kids used the 2 bicycles to explore. There’s even a ukulele and some sheet music. I really appreciate a well-stocked kitchen, and this condo does not disappoint. Jason, the property manager, was great. One of the beach umbrellas was broken and he delivered a new one to the front door. Great access to Hanalei Bay, the Na Pali Coast Trail, and Princeville. My family did a surf lesson at Hanalei, hiked to the waterfall on Na Pali coast trail, and my wife and I played a round of golf at the Makai Princeville course, which is right next door to the property. Only criticism is that the downstairs bed was not comfortable. I like a firm mattress, but this one wasn’t for me. Also, the bathrooms are a little dated, but totally fine. All-in-all, 5 stars and a property I would visit again. Mahalo!

Home away from home

Fantastic property to call home. Enjoyed the views from the balcony while having morning coffee or relaxing at the end of the day. Separate balconies off the bedrooms provided the opportunity for private moments when needed. Couldn’t have asked for more. Special mention needs to be made of the Property Manager who was great to work with right from the time of booking to the very end.

Delightful and lovely in every way!

Charming decor, super clean, comfy bed, appreciated AC, and wonderful view from balcony! Loved the peacefulness of Princeville, great area for long walks, beaches not so crowded and appreciated the Kappa Bypass road when we headed south. Ate at restaurants recommended by Jason, Postcards and Hukilau Lanai in Kapaa - glad we made reservations! Thanks for the great stay!

Ideal Family Getaway

This was a perfect property and location for a North Shore stay. It is centrally located, and the home is immaculate. We had three adult couples, and it was great that everyone had a private space (not just room) and bathroom. The kitchen was SO stocked and cook-ready with everything we could possibly need or want. Having lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, and other outdoor/beach equipment was an awesome bonus. The owners were warm, inviting, and always quick to respond to any inquiry we made. This was an unforgettable adventure for our family. Thank you!

Epic Family Vacay!

Best vacation accommodations ever!!! You never know what to expect when you book a place to stay online, but we were all amazed at everything about this condo. Not only was it gorgeous and super clean, but it's in a beautiful part of town, close to everything on the North Shore, with an amazing view and stocked with everything we needed for a family of 6, even beach chairs, boogie boards, and snorkel gear. We will definitely be coming back to Kauai and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

Beyond my Expectations - Spectacular !!

If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. The townhome was immaculate and so well stocked with towels, soap, kitchen, beach chairs. The patio view was incredible and location amazing. You can tell the property is more than likely used by it’s owners and the management team is so responsive and their local suggestions were fabulous ! I have rented so many different places and this was THE best one. Beyond my expectations and I cannot recommend enough !

Views are unmatched

This property exceeded our expectations. The host was easy to communicate with and checked in regularly to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. The bedrooms all felt like they had separate wings and the home was well appointed with everything we needed. We loved the views from the lanai the proximity to the golf course and all the North Shore sights. We especially appreciated the provided beach gear including towels, chairs, cooler and snorkel masks. We would definitely stay here again.

Elegant and cozy space

The property was very nice and provided everything we needed. A little trouble with the parking situation as someone else took our designated spot so we got a notice for improper parking. Had a little difficulty understanding how to obtain the entrance lock code but finally got it figured out. Overall a good trip.

Excellent apartment/condo in a tropical rain forest

Very spacious three bedroom apartment/condo in a private gated community. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The staff made the check-in process very seamless. They treated us with dignity and kindness. Jason the manager of the property and his assistant were just amazing people to deal with. The condition of the property is as described; clean, new, well lit etc. Every amenity we needed was available from paper towel to beach towels. It is like having our home away from home. It was the ideal for our family of three young children.
