'We were upgraded to a corner balcony with a perfect view of the Entrance to the Balboa Pier and a beautiful Full moon that shown on the water! Also, it was Prom Night and there were gorgeous Ball Gowns on all the lovely young ladies with there very handsome and well-behaved young men!'

'The room were very spacious and trendy. But the walls are thin. We could hear all that was going on next door, more than we wanted. At night someone entered our room. When we told the staff member the following morning he just said 'okay' and no apology or reason. The room was not tidied when we came back the second day. 'The staff were great and the hotel was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the shower head being so low. I am 5’4” and I had to squat a bit to wash my hair so I know the men are definitely having to squat a lot! But the breakfast was delicious and the attached Mexican restaurant is so so so good and friendly. You have to try it if you stay here.'
