'The check-in process after hours needs to be improved. We were locked out and the after hours wall phone in between the two automatic doors was dead. All of the light switches gave substantial electric shocks to my wife and I. Overall the unit is showing every part of its 50+ year age, including the bedroom doorknob that came off while attempting to use the bathroom in the middle of the night (along with most towel rails etc loose). Bedroom fan very noisey, keeping us up through the night....

'This complex was perfect - close to where we needed to be, clean, fabulous staff and the barman, Zaac, in the Gaming area was friendly - great to have access to 2 free alcoholic drinks and unlimited soft drinks/coffee - a nice surprise. Breakfast buffet (included) was also very enjoyable. For the price paid, a great place to stay with a lot of perks.'
