'The check-in process after hours needs to be improved. We were locked out and the after hours wall phone in between the two automatic doors was dead. All of the light switches gave substantial electric shocks to my wife and I. Overall the unit is showing every part of its 50+ year age, including the bedroom doorknob that came off while attempting to use the bathroom in the middle of the night (along with most towel rails etc loose). Bedroom fan very noisey, keeping us up through the night....

'Een mooi en ruim appartement, alleen was de wifi verbinding waardeloos. Gelukkig heb ik mijn eigen abonnement, maar het is me niet 1 keer gelukt om via de wifi verbinding te maken. Voor een appartement als dit en het aantal kamers vind ik dit anno 2017 echt niet kunnen'

'One of the best locations on the Gold Coast. The managers were excellent to deal with and made our stay most enjoyable. The views from our apartment were magnificent and the property had fantastic amenities. We would highly recommend The Waterford to anyone wanting a self contained apartment centrally located on the Gold Coast. We will be back.'
